Electrix Moto Return Policy

General Merchandise Returns

  • RMA Required: All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Packages returned without an RMA will not be processed.

  • How to Request: Email support@electrixmotoco.com with your name, order number(s), and part number(s) of the item(s) you wish to return.

  • Return Location: All returns must be shipped to the address listed on your RMA form. Returns sent elsewhere will not be accepted.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • Condition Requirements: Items must be new, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging. No returns on items that have been opened, installed, or used.

  • Custom Items: Products with custom paint or finishes cannot be returned.

  • Time Frame: RMA requests must be made within 30 days of receipt, and returns must be shipped within 30 days of the original invoice date.


Installed Electronics

Returns of electronics—such as motors, batteries, or controllers—are handled case by case by Electrix Moto. To be eligible for consideration:

  • Items must be completely uninstalled.

  • All original components must be included.

  • Electronics must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Electrix Moto reserves the right to approve or deny returns based on item condition.


Electric Dirtbike Returns

Electric dirt bikes may be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Vehicle has fewer than 20 miles of use.

  • Vehicle is undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply.

  • Photo or video proof of the bike’s condition must be provided before the return is approved.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval by Electrix Moto.

Electrix Moto reserves the right to approve or deny returns based on item condition.
