Shipping policy
Order Processing
We do our best to get all orders out to customers as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Some products are fulfilled directly from our authorized suppliers and may ship separately or via multiple carriers.
Bike Orders & Freight Shipping
Complete electric dirt bikes and large items ship via freight carrier.

Freight shipments typically take 3–5 business days for delivery once picked up by the carrier

Delivery scheduling is handled by the freight carrier and may require customer coordination

Freight deliveries are typically curbside delivery, unless otherwise arranged
Delivery timelines for freight shipments may vary based on location, carrier scheduling, and transit conditions.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once an order ships, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Orders may ship in multiple packages and may be delivered by different carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carriers.
Proof of Delivery
For fulfillment and dispute resolution purposes, proof of delivery is defined as confirmation provided by the shipping carrier, which may include:

Tracking status marked as “Delivered”

Delivery date and time

Delivery GPS coordinates

Delivery photos provided by the carrier

Freight delivery confirmation or Bill of Lading (BOL)
A shipment is considered successfully delivered once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Transfer of Responsibility
Once the carrier confirms delivery, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Electrix Moto is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery confirmation.
Missing Package Claims
If a customer believes a package is missing after delivery confirmation, they must:

Contact Electrix Moto within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery confirmation

Check with household members, neighbors, or property management

Cooperate with any carrier investigation or claim process if required
Failure to report a missing package within this timeframe may limit or eliminate our ability to assist.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Electrix Moto is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
High-Value Orders & Signature Confirmation
Electrix Moto reserves the right to require signature confirmation on high-value items, including but not limited to controllers, batteries, and electronic components. Failure to be available for signature may result in delivery delays.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Electrix Moto directly regarding delivery concerns before filing a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without prior communication does not negate proof of delivery provided by the carrier.
Orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for chargeback reimbursement under “Item Not Received” claims.
