Sometimes, orders placed on our site get flagged by our fancy automated system as "Potential Fraud." This system checks a bunch of factors to keep transactions safe and sound. If your order lands in the flagged pile, we’ll kindly (but firmly) ask you to verify your purchase with a valid photo ID. Don’t worry, we’re not trying to invade your privacy—just trying to keep things legit.

Here’s what we’ll need from you:

• A valid, not-expired, not-mysterious photo ID

• The name on the ID must match the credit card being used (no exceptions—even for your buddy’s cousin’s roommate).

• The address on the ID must match the billing address provided during checkout (yes, we’re thorough like that).

• The U.S. Government must recognize the ID as an acceptable form of photo identification. This includes:

  • U.S. Passport

  • Driver’s License or state-issued ID card

  • Government-issued ID (with photo, issue date, and expiration date)

  • U.S. Military ID issued by the Department of Defense

  • Military Dependent ID

  • Native American Tribal ID

  • Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)

Now, here’s the deal: Electrix Moto cannot process bike purchases without a valid photo ID that meets these criteria. If we confirm your order as fraudulent (and yes, we’re good at spotting those), we’ll report it to the proper authorities—including our friends at the FBI Cyber Crimes Department.
