For most of the bikes we sell and ride, the answer is no, not out of the box. A Surron, an E Ride Pro, or anything else in that class counts as an off-highway machine under both Ohio and Arizona law. Too much motor to qualify as an e-bike, and none of the equipment required to register as a motorcycle, so it sits in the same legal bucket as a gas dirt bike. The good news: both states still give you plenty of places to ride, and Arizona offers a workable path to a license plate.
