Description
PRE-ORDER NOW
The 2026 Surron Light Bee 2 is expected to begin shipping at the end of September 2026. Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order received.
The Original Icon, Completely Rebuilt
The Light Bee created the electric dirt bike category. Now, Surron is ready to redefine it.
The 2026 Surron Light Bee 2 is not a lightly refreshed Light Bee X. It is an entirely new machine built around a ferocious 24kW powertrain, breakthrough semi-solid-state battery, redesigned suspension and intelligent rider controls—all while maintaining the lightweight, agile feel that made the Light Bee legendary.
At only 143.3 lbs, the Light Bee 2 produces an unbelievable 302 ft-lb of wheel torque, accelerates from 0–31 mph in 1.8 seconds and delivers up to 99 miles of range under ideal test conditions.
This is not the next Light Bee X. It is a completely different class of machine.
Ferocious Power
The all-new EVO-2 motor is a second-generation permanent-magnet synchronous motor paired with the Bee Matrix field-oriented controller — a 200% jump in peak output over the previous Light Bee X. Centrifugal oil-bath cooling keeps it running strong through sustained high-output riding without thermal throttling.
Seven ride modes — Eco, Daily, Sport, M Custom, Turbo, Crawl, and Reverse — cover everything from technical low-speed terrain to full-power runs. M mode lets you tune power, torque, throttle response, regen, brake priority, and tilt protection independently, so the bike adapts to exactly how you ride.
A Battery Built Different
The Light Bee 2 is among the first production electric motorcycles to run a true semi-solid-state battery, co-developed with QingTao Energy. The gel-electrolyte chemistry runs cooler, lowers thermal runaway risk, and holds up over 1,200 charge cycles — more than double a standard lithium-ion pack.
Power delivery stays consistent even as the battery drains: lab testing shows the bike performs nearly the same at 30% charge as it does at full charge, so there's no cliff, no throttling, no surprises deep into a ride. The pack is quick-release and IP67-rated, with a sleep mode built in for long-term storage. Charge from 20-80% in about 2 hours.
Suspension That Works With You
Up front, 38mm inverted forks with Kashima-coated inner tubes — four times the service life of standard hard-anodized units — and dual-chamber damping with an anti-bottoming system. Out back, a completely redesigned linkage delivers a softer initial stroke for small-bump compliance and a firmer mid-to-late stroke for hard landings.
Traction, Control, and Confidence
Three-level SRTC traction control adapts to mud, sand, and loose terrain. IMU-based SWC wheelie control gives you two levels of intervention, from smooth and early to fully active for experienced riders. Five-level coasting regen and five-level braking regen are independently adjustable, with one-finger combined braking and energy recovery through RBS Advanced Regen Braking. Double-click the brake lever for Auto-Hold electronic parking on inclines.
Braking and Drivetrain
Integrated opposed four-piston radial calipers with high-temperature sintered pads grip a 203mm front and rear disc setup for serious stopping power. Power gets to the ground through a two-stage gear reduction and a 520-90 O-ring sealed chain built to handle the torque.

Speed & Performance
Off-Road Top Speed:
NOTICE: "Off-Road" and "Sport" modes that exceed 20mph are not designed for use on public streets, sidewalks, bike paths, or other municipal property, unless otherwise posted. Always check and follow your local laws and regulations before riding!

*Riding Modes & Disclaimer: Off-road vs Public Road Use
Many of our bikes are designed and intended for off-road use and not designed for use on public roadways, but they do often feature "City Modes" to align with various local regulations for low-speed electric vehicles or e-bikes. Riding modes can include:
Restricted Speed Modes (Eco/City):
Some of our models feature an "Eco" or "City" mode, electronically limiting the vehicle to a top speed of 20 mph. While this limit is designed to align with various local regulations for low-speed electric vehicles or e-bikes, laws regarding use on public roads, sidewalks, and bike paths vary by state and municipality.
Performance Modes & Off-Road Models:
Vehicles operating in "Sport," "Race," or "Off-Road" modes, or models capable of speeds exceeding 20 mph without a limiter, are classified as Off-Road Vehicles. These are NOT intended for use on public streets, highways, or sidewalks. They are designed strictly for use on private property, closed courses, or designated off-road trails.
Rider Responsibility:
Modification of speed limiters or operating high-speed modes on public infrastructure may violate local laws. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify and obey all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the operation of this vehicle in their specific area.
Refer to local and state regulations before riding. Always wear approved safety gear, and ride responsibly.
Potential Fraud and Risk Policy
At ElectrixMoto, we take your security (and our sanity) very seriously. We’re here to make sure your epic e-bike purchase goes off without a hitch—and to keep the fraudsters in their lane.
Sometimes, orders placed on our site get flagged by our fancy automated system as "Potential Fraud." This system checks a bunch of factors to keep transactions safe and sound. If your order lands in the flagged pile, we’ll kindly (but firmly) ask you to verify your purchase with a valid photo ID. Don’t worry, we’re not trying to invade your privacy—just trying to keep things legit.
Here’s what we’ll need from you:
- A valid, not-expired, not-mysterious photo ID
- The name on the ID must match the credit card being used (no exceptions—even for your buddy’s cousin’s roommate).
- The address on the ID must match the billing address provided during checkout (yes, we’re thorough like that).
- The U.S. Government must recognize the ID as an acceptable form of photo identification. This includes:U.S. PassportDriver’s License or state-issued ID cardGovernment-issued ID (with photo, issue date, and expiration date)U.S. Military ID issued by the Department of DefenseMilitary Dependent IDNative American Tribal IDPermanent Resident Card (Green Card)
Now, here’s the deal: ElectrixMoto cannot process bike purchases without a valid photo ID that meets these criteria. If we confirm your order as fraudulent (and yes, we’re good at spotting those), we’ll report it to the proper authorities—including our friends at the FBI Cyber Crimes Department. Trust us, they don’t take these things lightly.
So, let’s keep it real, keep it secure, and get you rolling on your new ride. Fraudsters, consider yourselves warned!
Due to increased credit card, PayPal, and other transaction fees, there is a non-refundable 3% cancellation fee.
