This isn’t a flashy, skeletonized rotor designed for looks—it’s designed to work when things get hot.

Built to Resist Warping (On Purpose)

Most aftermarket rotors warp because they prioritize aesthetics over function. Thin sections, excessive cutouts, and poor heat control all add up fast under aggressive braking. We went the opposite direction.

The Heavy Hitter rotor uses localized thickening in key cross sections to keep the rotor flat and stable under repeated hard braking. That means:

  • More consistent lever feel

  • Better heat control

  • No pulsing or fade when you need brakes most

Why 3mm Thickness Matters

At 3.00mm thick, this rotor offers increased thermal mass and rigidity compared to typical rotors. That extra material helps manage heat and keeps braking predictable—especially on heavier e-motos or bikes running higher speeds and power levels.

Important Fitment Notes ⚠️

  • 220mm caliper spacers may be required if your bike came stock with a 203mm rotor

  • Verify caliper compatibility with a 3mm thick rotor before installation
