The Heavy Hitter 420 Billet Aluminum Super Sprocket was developed to solve a real problem seen on high-torque electric dirt bikes: bent aluminum sprockets and thrown chains caused by power, not impacts.

During testing, we found that many aftermarket aluminum sprockets failed under the torque loads produced during hard landings and aggressive throttle application. This often forced riders back to heavier OEM steel sprockets to avoid drivetrain issues. The Heavy Hitter sprocket was engineered to bridge that gap—aluminum weight savings with strength capable of handling modern e-moto torque.

Design & Performance

This sprocket is machined from a single piece of 7075-T6 aluminum, chosen for its superior strength-to-weight ratio. The design prioritizes structural integrity while minimizing rotating mass. Rotational load testing was performed in CAD, followed by real-world validation including full-throttle landings and impact testing.

The result is a sprocket that maintains chain alignment and tooth integrity under high load, reducing drivetrain stress and improving reliability.
