My experience was great except for one employee. I had been looking at e-bikes with my son for a few months. Because I had looked on Facebook marketplace for some I started seeing some posted by an employee at Electix. I saved his postings in case I decided to go the new route. I work with a guy that does a lot through the company so I knew if I bought new that was the most logical choice. One day I saw Joshua post an E-Ride Pro 2.0 for $4499 at the Tucson AZ store and I thought I am just going to get my son a new bike from our Electrixmoto store. I called the store and talked to someone about the price I saw and he said I would have to talk to Gage. I asked Gage about the price I saw and he said that I saw and the name of the salesperson and he said I couldn’t buy it for that I would have to pay the $4599. I was disappointed so I reached out to the guy Joshua A on Facebook marketplace and asked if I could get that price at the Columbus store. He said I could. I asked if he would get the credit. He said he would no matter who I bought it from because he owned the store. I was excited about this. I told him about me buying it for my son and how I was sending my mom in to purchase it as it was a surprise for his birthday. He said let them know to take $75 off the assembly cost. Not going to like I was pretty excited hearing all this.
The problem was when my mom got to the store with all the screen shots from Joshua (the owner) they told my mom (Gage she believes his name was) that I could get either $100 off the bike or $75 off the assembly but not both. Now she had screenshots from me from the owner and this guy could have cared less (I still have them). My mom negotiated until he gave $100 off the bike and $25 off the assembly. She let me know but I was at work and very busy and I just didn’t want to have to fight over $50 bucks I was told by the owner I could have off. Outside of this everything with Joshua the owner and the guys I met when I picked it up went great. I would just tell anyone going in to ask not to have to deal with Gage.
