Many of our bikes are designed and intended for off-road use and not designed for use on public roadways, but they do often feature "City Modes" to align with various local regulations for low-speed electric vehicles or e-bikes. Riding modes can include:

Restricted Speed Modes (Eco/City):
Some of our models feature an "Eco" or "City" mode, electronically limiting the vehicle to a top speed of 20 mph. While this limit is designed to align with various local regulations for low-speed electric vehicles or e-bikes, laws regarding use on public roads, sidewalks, and bike paths vary by state and municipality.

Performance Modes & Off-Road Models:
Vehicles operating in "Sport," "Race," or "Off-Road" modes, or models capable of speeds exceeding 20 mph without a limiter, are classified as Off-Road Vehicles. These are NOT intended for use on public streets, highways, or sidewalks. They are designed strictly for use on private property, closed courses, or designated off-road trails.

Rider Responsibility:
Modification of speed limiters or operating high-speed modes on public infrastructure may violate local laws. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify and obey all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the operation of this vehicle in their specific area.

Refer to local and state regulations before riding.  Always wear approved safety gear, and ride responsibly.

Here’s what we’ll need from you:

• A valid, not-expired, not-mysterious photo ID
• The name on the ID must match the credit card being used (no exceptions—even for your buddy’s cousin’s roommate).
• The address on the ID must match the billing address provided during checkout (yes, we’re thorough like that).
• The U.S. Government must recognize the ID as an acceptable form of photo identification. Trust us, they don’t take these things lightly.

Due to increased credit card, PayPal, and other transaction fees, there is a non-refundable 3% cancellation fee.

Ventus Bikes lnc. warrants to the customer that the bikes are free of manufacturer defects. Any part found to be defective within 1 year from the product delivery date or date of purchase through retailers subject to the limitations of the warranty terms will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Ventus Bikes lnc. offers a warranty on the power system (motor, controller, display, and battery) within 1 year from the product delivery date. The batteries are covered by the warranty (subject to the limitations listed above) in case a battery exhibits a nominal storage capacity reduction of greater than 30% of the published nominal capacity.
